Untangle the names, buttons and bonus codes.
Why do the brand buttons here open Deluxe?
Our casino buttons open the sister brand, SilverSands Deluxe. If you searched using this domain's spelling, you can still get to the Deluxe offer from here. This is an affiliate information site, and casino links may earn us a commission.
Which coupon should I take to the Deluxe cashier?
Take SIGNUP100: it's a 100% first-deposit match capped at R5,000. Deposit coupons start at R50. Wagering is 15x deposit + bonus, so include your own deposit when calculating the total.
Does the original R400 chip work at Deluxe?
No. SSFR400 belongs to the original SilverSands casino. Its R400 chip has 60x bonus wagering and an R800 cashout limit. You'll need an R0 balance with no withdrawal still waiting; it's once per new player.
Will opening the button apply my coupon for me?
Don't rely on the click to redeem anything. Locate SIGNUP100 in Deluxe and confirm it is applied before making your first deposit. Check the balance afterwards, before starting a game.
What if the offer looks different in my account?
Pause before paying and ask casino support to explain the difference. Promotions can change without notice. Your account needs to qualify for the offer you choose, and you can't combine promotions.
Is there a download step before mobile play?
Deluxe can be used on your phone without downloading an app. Read the offer and game rules before you start; a smaller screen isn't a reason to skip them.
Who can look into a withdrawal that has not arrived?
Ask through your casino account. This site can't access balances or process withdrawals. Keep your payment reference ready for the casino, and don't send us passwords or account documents.
